We welcome early conversations with schools, educational organizations, institutional planners, procurement personnel, and potential organizational partners exploring future New York transportation needs.

SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) Program
SBA VetCert status.
Disgruntled Outpost LLC, which operates Home Front Transit under an assumed name, is certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), effective September 8, 2026.
This certification establishes eligibility for applicable SDVOSB/VOSB federal contracting opportunities. It does not establish NYSDOT passenger authority, NYCPS vendor approval, PASSPort approval, a contract award, or current operating status. NYS SDVOB certification remains separate and in progress.
